1. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on location.

• Free delivery on orders above ₹X (you can set your value).

• You will receive a tracking link once the order is shipped.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.

• Exchange available for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong product

  • Damaged/defective product

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 days.

• No returns on:

  • Innerwear

  • Clearance sale items

  • Accessories

  • Items purchased during special sale events

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

• Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded automatically within 3–5 days.

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (if enabled)

• COD extra charge (optional): ₹50

6. Replacement Conditions

A product is eligible for replacement only if:

• The size delivered is wrong

• The color or product is different

• The item arrived damaged

• Defects in stitching, print, or fabric

• Color may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings.
