Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
  • You must record a clear unboxing video before opening the parcel.

  • The video must show:

    • Entire parcel from all sides

    • Opening the package without cuts

    • Product received clearly

  • No return/refund will be accepted without the unboxing video.

2. Valid Return Reasons

We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items

Note: We do not accept returns for size issues, color differences due to lighting, or change of mind.

3. Return Request Time Limit
  • You must raise a return request within 1 day (24 hours) from the delivery date.

  • Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

4. Verification Process
  • Once you submit the unboxing video and details, our team will verify the issue.

  • After verification, you will receive confirmation if the return is approved.

5. Return Shipping
  • You must send the product back in unused, original condition with:

    • Tags

    • Original packing

    • Any free gifts (if included)

6. Refund Timeline
  • After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 working days to your original payment method.

7. Non-Returnable Items
  • Used or washed products

  • Items without tags

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Items without unboxing video proof
