No return/refund will be accepted without the unboxing video.
2. Valid Return Reasons

Note: We do not accept returns for size issues, color differences due to lighting, or change of mind.
3. Return Request Time Limit

After verification, you will receive confirmation if the return is approved.

6. Refund Timeline

After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it.
